Interrogated

Minding my own business on board the SSV Sagitarius is easier said than done. As I found out – again – last night. For some reason I had been ordered to be confined to my quarters.

The reason for that? Some P6 official had appeared on board, asking questions about Commander Sanders and one of our previous missions. The one that involved the Spectre.

She kept asking about the mission. At first I thought it was best to not tell her anything. After all a Spectre had been about during that mission. Sadly though she had proper identification and permission, so I had to tell her everything I know.

Fortunately that’s not much. Commander Sanders fought as good as anyone down on that little moon. I don’t think she’d blow up her own ship either. And I think that, when the evidence is pointing at her, there must be someone higher up the food chain to make it look that way.

What’s odd though is that this woman also asked about some item Sanders supposedly took with her from that mission. For some reason that thing is very important. They asked me whether I know anything about this – which I don’t.

Humans… Expecting me to solve their crimes? Hardly. I’m a gun that needs to be pointed, no some kind of tracker program.

I wonder what will happen to Sanders now… The way I understand human society none of this will have an impact on her civil rights. There’s no telling whether or not they think she did something wrong then.
